Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the remaining payment at a future date.

Pre-orders in pre-production can be cancelled. Order processing typically takes 1-3 days, you have a 3-day window from your order date to be eligible for a full refund. If your pre-order production is already in progress, cancellation for a refund is no longer possible, but you can request store credit instead.

If your pre-order has been fulfilled, you can return it for store credit once you have received the package. 

Solid Gold pre-orders that are already in production can not be canceled and are not eligible for return.

Items in stock

You can cancel items that are in stock. Order processing typically takes 1-3 days, you have a 3-day window from your order date to be eligible for a full refund.

If your order has been fulfilled, cancellation for a refund is no longer possible, but you can return it for store credit once you have received the package. 

Cancellation

To cancel your order please contact customer service at cs@inibo.co.

We accept cancellations within 3 days from date of purchase. Once your order has been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order hasn't left our workshop, we'll send you a full refund or a store credit code (equal to the item's purchase price plus shipping) for use on a future purchase.

If your order has shipped, we'll send you a store credit code (equal to the item's purchase price minus shipping) once we have received, inspected & accepted your return. 

Store credit codes are valid for 1 year.

Conditions

  • Pre-order item is in pre-production: You are eligible for a full refund or a store credit code.
  • Pre-order item is in production: You are eligible for store credit -- Exception: Solid Gold - your order can no longer be canceled and is not eligible for return.
  • Pre-order item has shipped: You are eligible for store credit. Once you have received the item, go to our Return Portal and make a Cancellation Return for Store Credit. We will issue your store credit code once we have received, inspected & accepted your return -- Exception: Solid Gold - your order can no longer be canceled and is not eligible for return.
  • In-stock Item has not yet shipped: You are eligible for a full refund or a store credit code.
  • In-stock item has shipped: You are eligible for store credit. Once you have received the item, go to our Return Portal and make a Cancellation Return for Store Credit. We will issue your store credit code once we have received, inspected & accepted your return.
